Net Impact was formed in February 1999 as a Worldsites franchise in order to take advantage of the "web wave". Developed first websites for SME's, early E-Commerce sites from production center in Canada.
Production center relocated to Cheddar in Somerset, first started working with graphic / web designer Melanie Cook and Chris Cummins. Awarded Worldsites "Star Performer" .
Forms collaboration with the Youth Research Group to undertake online market research. Clients include Marks & Spencer, Capital Radio, National Trust, Camelot, Central office of Information etc
Takes over the www.hothair.co.uk account at Daxbourne International, starting a decade of year on year growth. Now the most successful Wigs, Hairpieces & Extensions site in the UK.
Development of ground braking "Down Your Drink" website www.downyourdrink.org.uk. Further developed in conjunction with the E-Health department at UCL, funded by the Medical Research Council and still operational under control of Alcohol Concern.
Slave Hill Marketing Ltd formed with an increased portfolio of services including Search Engine Optimisation, Pay For Click Advertising & Email Marketing.
Set up of Commission Junction Affiliate Marketing Campaign for Hothair.
Elliot starts his Film & TV Production B.A. course at Cambridge School of Art

Elliot produces web videos for MBNS , Qutis, Medline Scientific & Gemini Prototyping, graduates with a 2:1 in Film & TV Production at Cambridge school of Art before moving to the Seychelles for 6 months, continuing to film for Tropical Yacht.
Company changes its trading name to Net Impact Vision, focusing on the incorporation of professional film & photography into websites. Elliot starts to work full-time as Film Production Manager, Film Studios installed on the premises.
