Our development work these days involves mostly customisation of existing software rather than programming from scratch. We employ a number of highly capable specialist developers on both a retained and project basis both in the UK and overseas. In this way, we are able to keep programming costs down without compromising the quality, and can complete projects on shorter time scales.

We prefer to start the web development process with an informal meeting to discuss the objectives of the web site, content & features, review competition and the desired look and feel for the graphic design. We then produce a detailed specification, site plan and fixed price quotation for the project. Once agreed we can can start work.

The first step is usually to start with the graphics which are very personal and subjective. So to give us the best chance of getting it right first time, we insist on client approval of the creative brief which is then issued to a highly experienced and talented graphic designers who we expect to produce outstanding results first time, on time (usually within 2 weeks) and on message. We present a choice of design approaches and would expect to gain approval quickly.
